& Safety
- At PRime Promotions we are committed to upholding a very
strict health and safety policy at all the events and parties
we organise and manage.
- We are proud to have an 100% HSE record and are constantly
endeavouring to keep up-to-date with all new legislation and
regulations.
- Having worked extensively with the Oil and Gas Industry we
are very familiar with the required levels of HSE and are experienced
in working with them.
- We only work with contractors and suppliers who are equally
committed to all health and safety procedures and hold the relevant
and appropriate health and safety certificates.
- Prior to the commencement of all events we always colate
all relevant Insurance documents and ask all contractors to
complete a risk assessment. We have a final safety walk checking
all equipment, décor and lighting and that all walkways
and fire exits are clear.
- We insist that all the décor including materials and
props used at any of our events must be fire retardant.
- All electrical equipment used at our events is PAT tested
and approved.
- Strict health and hygiene regulations are observed at all
times at all of our events.
- We also consider environmental issues during the coordination
of an event and do our utmost to keep fuel emmisions to a minimum,
reduce waste, instigate recycling activities and utilise recyclable
products where possible.
